  • Preperation of subfloor, plywood and/or screed (potential DPM dependant on moisture levels). Acclimatization of LVT for 24 hours.
  • Install LVT flooring
  • Finishing-Tidy up and sweep floor, apply silicone if necessary 

Laminate Flooring 

What to expect
  • Uplift of existing materials
  • Floor inspection and evaluation
  • Preparation of subfloor and installation of underlay
  • Install Laminate and any accessories such as incizo's and scotia
  • Finishing-Tidy up and sweep floor
